Community Hospices is governed by a volunteer board that also oversees The Washington Home and Community Hospices.  Part of the Board of Directors includes a Hospice and Palliative Care Committee, which meets regularly to discuss issues of importance that are specific to Community Hospices.

Collectively, board members donate nearly 1,000 hours each year performing their oversight roles.
