Johns
Hopkins Home Care Group
As the result
of an affiliation with Johns Hopkins Home Care Group,
Community Hospices is the preferred provider for Johns
Hopkins Health System patients throughout the state
of Maryland, and in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia.
The Johns Hopkins Health System includes three hospitals
(Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical
Center, and Howard County General Hospital), the Johns
Hopkins Home Care Group, and 18 physician groups.
MedStar
Health Systems
Community Hospices is also the preferred hospice and
palliative care provider for MedStar Health System.
The MedStar Health System includes two Washington, D.C.
hospitals (Georgetown University Hospital and The Washington
Hospital Center) and four Maryland Hospitals (Franklin
Square, Good Samaritan, Harbor Hospital and Union Memorial
Hospital), four nursing homes, a home health agency,
and physician practices.
